According to Rikwanto, although the JNF started at 7 PM, people would usually crowd the location starting 5 PM. For visitors coming with vehicles, they can park in designated locations.

There will be no vehicles passing, except bicycles. For visitors who want to park their vehicles, parking lots are provided in IRTI Monas, Istiqlal Mosque, surronding hotels, as well as in City Police office. Better come early, so the traffic would not be too dense,” he uttered.
