Jakarta Tourism and Culture Dept. has been promoting Jakarta tourism in the 2017 INAFACT that held at Festival Citylink Bandung Mall since September 21-24, 2017.

Bandung people need Jakarta as a place to vacation and do activity

According to Tinia Budiati, Head of Jakarta Tourism and Culture Dept., the qualified access and transportation mode will make relationship of Bandung and Jakarta closer. Surely it will make it easier for Bandung people to enjoy shopping, entertainment and recreation in Jakarta.

"Bandung people need Jakarta as a place to vacation and do activity," he expressed, Thursday (9/21).

He mentions, access from Badung towards Jakarta can be reached through Cipularang and Cikampek toll roads. A variety of transport services are also available such as travel, buses to trains.

According to her, one of the interesting things in Jakarta promoted in Bandung is a shopping center with many choices of branded goods through wholesale goods.

"One thing that is not owned by the city of Bandung is the sea. We promote the tourism of Seribu Islands on this activity," he said.

Jakarta Destination and Marketing Section for Jakarta Tourism and Culture Dept., Hari Wibowo added, tourism activities have become the needs of all human beings.

"This is seen as a potential for the tourism industry to provide the best for tourists," he closed.
