City Committed to Apply E-Government Via Open Data

Jakarta Provincial Government continues to apply e-Government through Open Data system. The system is implemented from the preparation of the budget to every activity of SKPD.

We are committed to implement Open Data system in planning and budgeting

City deputy for spatial planning and environment, Oswar Muadzin Mungkasa said, e-Government service through Open Data system is important to be done to encourage public service that is integrated and transparent. 

"We are committed to implement Open Data system in planning and budgeting," he expressed, in the National Seminar on Regional and City Planning in the Digital Era, at Institute of Technology (ITB), Bandung, West Java, Saturday (9/23).

Jakarta Public Services Must Keep Being Improved

He explained, in realizing the system, the city has involved the public. One of them is through public consultation integrated with e-Musrenbang system.

"In the budgeting, we apply participatory and integrated through public involvement mechanism and integrated public consultation on one e-Musrenbang system," he told.

He added, in overall, the planning system is also supported by technology systems such as data portals, complaint applications, and Jakarta Smart City.

"The system produces various innovations in the transparency of financial management, public service, human resource management and government," he finished.
