Bappeda Discussed Recommendations of RTRW and RDTR-PZ

Hopefully it can be completed in two-three months

Jakarta Bappeda along with technical team, discussed the recommendations of Spatial Planning Revision (PK RTRW) and Spatial Details Plan (RDTR) as well as Zonation Rule (PZ) Jakarta 2030.

Afan Adriansyah Indris, Section Head of Planning and Development Budgeting expressed, implementation of PK RTRW is a follow-up of the Governor's Decree No. 264/2017.

It is also to follow up Governor's Decree No. 56/2017 on Technical Team of PK RTRW and RDTR-PZ on March 15, 2017.

"This is done due to mandate of law. Every five years, we have to do evaluation in the form of review of RTRW," he stated, Wednesday (9/27).

In PK RTRW, there are three things, namely assessment, evaluation, and assessment. So after this meeting, there will still be other meetings for further discussion of academic texts, technical materials, SEA and so on.

"Hopefully it can be completed in two-three months. I hope, Jakarta can realize a good spatial and can accommodate the interests and welfare of the whole society," he stated.
