Jakarta Dekranasda will Launch Lenggang Batik Jakarta Book

Local National Arts Council (Dekranasda) of Jakarta will launch Lenggang Batik Jakarta Book at National Monument (Monas), Gambir, Central Jakarta on Thursday (9/28).

This event will be held on Thursday at 7 PM

Indonesia Dekranasda Chairman, Mufidah Jusuf Kalla is also planned to attend this event.

Jakarta Small Medium Enterprises Cooperation and Trade Dept. Head, Irwandi said, Lenggang Batik Jakarta Book launching preparation has running smoothly.

Batik-Training Center at Marunda Flat Inaugurated

"This event will be held on Thursday at 7 PM. We hope it will run smoothly," he said when monitoring the rehearsal at Monas Fountain, Wednesday (9/27).

According to him, this event will show many batik which created by Jakartans. Betawi culinary will also be prepared to enliven the event.

"25 batik artists will show their masterpieces and Betawi culinary will also be prepared," he expressed.

Meanwhile, Central jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-dept. Head, Iswandi added, his side will install decorative lamp and spotlights to beautify the view near Monas Fountain.

"Total 27 lamps will be installed in there. We have ask PLN to ensure electricity supply during the event," he closed.
