City Council targets to ratify all regulation drafts (raperda) by the end of this year.
Hopefully more than 20 raperda can be ratified until the end of this year
Until now, City Council's Local Regulation Forming Board (Bapemperda) has ratified 10 of 32 total raperda which targeted become regional regulation (perda).
"Hopefully more than 20 raperda can be ratified until the end of this year," said Mohammad Taufik, Vice Chairman of City Council, Monday (10/2).
Bylaw on Library and Archives will Be Ratified SoonHe explained, in fact it is not easy to discuss raperda. Usually, problems are often occur thus discussion must be delayed.
He hopes executive who proposes raperda in Local Legislation Program (Prolegda) could prepare academic report and other supporting data.
"Thus discussion can run well and raperda ratifying target could be reached," he said.
