City Council asked related SKPD to concern about ditch and water channels condition in Jakarta since inundation often happens in several areas due to clogged ditch.

City Council Chairman, Prasetio Edi Marsudi said, ditch needs to be concern along rainy season.
"In rainy season, please also concern about ditch condition. Do not let sidewalk ditch get clogged because it will give effect on inundation," he said at City Hall Building, Tuesday (10/3).
Commission D Discusses SDA Dept. BudgetAccording to him, related SKPD must minimize inundation thus road quality can be maintained and road damage can be avoided.
"For example on Jl. Imam Bonjol. There is inundation when it rains, This must be concerned since there is inundation because it can damage road," he affirmed.
He also asks Jakarta Bina Marga Dept. to concern about slope level on road when repairing thus will not covered ditch on sidewalk.
