Flat Building Quality must Be Monitored

Jakarta DPRD Commission D has instructed Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Dept. to pay attention the quality of the flat towers buildings in the capital.

It is because there is often found the unoptimal flat construction in the field.

"We found unoptimal flat construction there. I also see some buildings are already tilted," he expressed, at City Council building, Wednesday (10/4).
He reminded the dept. to conduct survey again before the flat built is handed over. If it is not according to the standard, his party will propose no payment.
"The flat building must be controlled. We want they to do survey. If it's far from our expectation, we won't pay," he stressed.
He furthered some locations that need to be a concern such as Rawa Bebek Flat and KS Tubun Flat. In the future, the selected contractors are expected to be truly professionals in their field.
"We give chance to repair," he closed.
