E-Audit Systems will Be Applied in 2018

The integrated monitoring system (Si Insan) or e-audit and Integrated Complaint System (Si Padu) or whistleblowing recently launched by Jakarta Provincial Government, will begin to be implemented starting 2018.

So later the inspectorate will upload program 2018. After that SKPD plans to prepare data to be uploaded also

City Inspectorate Chairman, Zainal said, this year, his party will make improvements and various preparations, especially for Si Insan application.

"Now we are in preparation. So later the inspectorate will upload program 2018. After that SKPD plans to prepare data to be uploaded also," he expressed, at City Hall, Thursday (10/5).

According to him, in the initial stage, the system will be applied in the strategic SKPD. For example, they are like Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda), Jakarta Financial Management Board (BPKD), Regional Tax and Levy Board (BPRD) and Goods and Services Procurement Agency (BPPBJ).

"The system is firstly dedicated to strategic SKPD first. It's targeted able to reach 50 percent applied in SKPDs," he told. 

He continued, as for the other SKPD, its monitoring will still be done manually as it is today. After the launching the application, the Inspectorate will conduct socialization to SKPD.
