Sidewalk Project in Tanjung Priok Has Touched 60 Percent

Total length of the sidewalk is about 1.6 kilometers by spending Rp 7 billion

The arrangement and development of the sidewalks in Tanjung Priok area, North Jakarta has reached 60 percent. It is targeted to be completed in early December 2017.

Section Head of Road Infrastructure and Utility Network Completeness, Libertus Sagala stated the sidewalk arrangement on Jalan Enggano has 1.3 kilometers length and 300 meters length on Jalan Yos Sudarso. Both are interconnected with each other.

"Sidewalk arrangement in Tanjung Priok Sub-district has reached 60 percent. Total length of the sidewalk is about 1.6 kilometers by spending Rp 7 billion," he stated, Monday (10/9).

It will be equipped with the guiding block and the utility block. Additionally, there will be bollards along the sidewalk. Then for its surface will use floor hardener.

He added those utility installation will use drilling method through ducting box that is installed with a distance every 25 meters. Box ducting itself has 2.5 meters depth with 2 meters length.
