210 Buildings Auctioned by BPAD

Jakarta Asset Management Board (BPAD) has auctioned 210 buildings with value Rp 9 billion in January-September periods.

Auction result will be given to local revenue

Buildings that have been auctioned are on SKPDs and UKPDs asset deletion list.

Jakarta BPAD's Asset Status Change Division Head, Gigih Nugrohadi mentioned, 88 buildings from Health Dept., 13 from Fire Handling and Rescue Dept., and 62 building from Education Dept. are on asset deletion list.

BPAD Has Auctioned 314 Unused Vehicles

Then, there are 3 buildings from East Jakarta Administration, 5 from Social Dept., 2 from South Jakarta Administration, and 5 from West Jakarta Administration.

Next, 2 buildings from Central Jakarta Administration, 9 from Sanitary Dept., 3 from Youth and Sport Dept., 4 from Cempaka Putih Urban Village, 1 from Kramat Jati Urban Village, 2 from East Jakarta Mayor, 1 from KPKP Dept., 1 from Cilincing RSUD, and 1 from Tourism and Culture Dept.

Also 2 buildings from Forestry Dept., 1 from LH Dept., 1 from Disnakertrans, 1 from Betawi Culture Area Management, and 1 from PRKP Dept.

"We also conduct auction for 1 building from Industry and Energy Dept. and 1 from Public Transportation and Terminal UP," he said, Thursday (10/12).

He explained, auctioned building price appraisal is done by Public Assessment Public (KJPP) and auctioned through State Property and Auction (KPKNL).

"Auction result will be given to local revenue," he closed.
