On that occasion, Djarot expressed his appreciation for the support and performance of the ranks of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD), as long as he served.

"Under the leadership of Mr. Regional Head, SKPD has provided support and facility well. I know you all ASN is working maximally," he expressed, Sunday (10/15).

He acknowledged, as long as he leads, he has worked hard to transform himself into a public service-oriented bureaucracy. Performance in almost all SKPDs was deemed to have the better marked by the public satisfaction index of the better bureaucratic services.

Likewise with the financial governance and budgeting are deemed already better. To ensure transparency and accountability, the city has implemented various information technology application systems such as e-musrenbang, e-budgeting, and cashless financial management system.

Acting Jakarta of Governor, Saefullah admitted he has received a letter of appointment himself as Governor's Daily Executive (Plh). Therefore, since 12 AM until tomorrow at 4 PM, he will perform the duties governance before the elected governor inaugurated.

"For 40 hours, I have the main task of preparing the inauguration, carrying out daily tasks and reporting to the Ministry of Home Affairs," he finished.
