Governor Wants ASN's Spirit and Hard Work Maintained

Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat wants spirit and hard work that has been done Civil State Apparatus (ASN) under Jakarta Provincial Government to be maintained.

According to him, during his tenure as deputy governor until the governor, the performance of the ranks of the Regional Working Unit (SKPD/UKPD) has been carried out with the totality and not quick to complain.

Lazy Civil Servant Won’t Get Allowance

"They work fast, I'm proud to be a part of them. Moreover, when I know there are still many on the field during the night," he stated, Tuesday (10/10).

He added a leader should not easily complain in front of the subordinates. Because, it could have an impact on the psychological and performance of them.

"Do not easily complain, I want all Jakarta SKPD and UKPD leaders to be role models, I entrusted it," he stated.
