Construction of one of the Asian Games XVIII venues, Velodrome Rawamangun, East Jakarta, has reached 62.29 percent on the cut off date August 29, 2017.

It's targeted to be completed in June 2018

PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) Secretary, Erry Gunari Prakasa expressed the achievement has exceeded the set target at 61.90 percent.

"The Velodrome Rawamangun bike racing venue is built on a 3-hectare wide land. It's targeted to be completed in June 2018," he state, Tuesday (10/17).

To absorb budget according to cut off date August 29, he explained, it has reached Rp 332.8 billion of total financing amounting to Rp 665 billion.

He added the venue is built internationally and directly monitored by Union Cycliste International (UCI) of Germany. It is equipped with amenities such as bike entrances, bike workshops, toilets with a capacity of 3,000 seats.

"On the structure and surface of the track, using Siberian wood that reaches 6,500 cubic meters," he closed.
