Council Supports Renovation and Facilities Addition at Training Center

City Council Commission B supports plan to renovate several buildings at Training Center Specialized in Welding Development on Jalan Raya Condet No.25, Batu Ampar, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.

We suggested several facilities. Later on, banggar team will discuss it

Commission B Secretary, Darussalam said, renovation is needed to facilitate the activities and make people become interested to learn in this training center.

Council Wants Companies to Recruit Trained Workers

"We support since this can facilitate training activities in here. If not, we are afraid training will run slowly," he said.

Ida Mahmudah, Member of Commission B added, not only building renovation, but her side also supports plan to add more facilities for student training, such as welding tools under water.

"We suggested several facilities. Later on, banggar team will discuss it," she said.

She added, facilities and infrastructure in training center must be a concern to produce ready-to-use labor.

"This is all done for citizen, development in Jakarta, and to minimize unemployment number," she expressed.

Besides to visit Training Center Specialized in Welding Development, council member team also visited Training Center for Industry Development (PPKPI) at Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta.

Pasar Rebo PPKPI Head, Anwir Ismail admitted happy with this council work visit. He hopes council can understand the shortage in training center.

"Members can assess and see the condition on the field," he closed.
