Jakarta PNS Must Continue to Improve Education Level

City Secretary, Saefullah revealed, civil servants (PNS) must continue studying to improve education levels, particularly class I and II. 

He disclosed the Packet B and C equation exam must be used to increase knowledge. Additionally, with a diploma obtained, can also be used to complete the promotion requirements.

"Moreover, they are still young, I hope they want to learn, continue to improve knowledge," he expressed, Thursday (8/24).

According to him, the rising education levels also need to be done by civil servants with high school graduation or equivalent. They are needed to be able to attend college, including by attending S1 study in Jakarta Education and Training Center (Badiklat).

"If you already have a high school diploma, but have not had time to go to college, may undergo independent lecture. If it is opened, just follow it, as long as the requirements are met," he explained.

He furthered it should be done beyond working hours thus not to disturb the tasks and public services to the people, except it is a learning task.

"They should be able to set their time. Don't take the lecture to coincide with working hours," he closed.
