Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan affirmed will monitor MRT Phase 1 construction project to be completed on target and can be operated in March 2019.

Anies explained, MRT and his side also discussed about traffic control breakthrough near construction sites in order to minimize traffic congestion.
"However congestion will happen since there are construction progress in there. But we want to manage it well especially after this December to March 2019," he said.
Based on report conveyed by MRT side, he continued, construction progress is still on target. Though, he insisted to monitor the construction continuously thus can be completed nased on the plan.
Similar things also said by Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno. He affirmed will monitor and help to make the project on target.

PT. MRT Jakarta Director, William P. Syahbandar explained, construction progress until December has reached 80 percent and by the end of 2018, it is estimated to reach 90 percent. In April 2018, his side plans to bring trains and all infrastructures construction will be completed in July 2018.
"Testing and integration of all systems will be held in next August to November. In December, train will be operated without passenger and we ensure everything could be operated in March 2019," he closed.
