Today, Transjakarta Applies Express and Cross Alternative Routes

Today, the City-owned bus operator PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) has applied alternative route for express and cross. It is aimed to overcome traffic jam due to the construction of infrastructure projects.

PT Transjakarta President Director, Budi Kaliwono said, there are six routes and crosses modified, namely Pulogadung-Harmoni (via corridor 10, 2, 4 and 5), Cililitan-Dukuh Atas (via corridor 10 and 4), Monas-Ragunan via (corridor 13).
"There are also PGC-Tanjung Priok (via toll road), Tanjung Priok-PGC (via toll road) and Kampung Rambutan-Kampung Melayu (via toll road)," he stated, Monday (10/23).
Due to tunnel construction in Mampang-Kuningan, he furthered there will be modified route of Monas-Ragunan via corridor 1-corridor 13 with operating time at 3-9 PM.
As for the Pulogadung-Harmoni route, will go through corridor 2, 4, 5 and 10. The new service is available at 6-10 AM. The bus will serve from Tanjung Priok towards Sudirman, Thamrin, Jatinegara, Semanggi and Kuningan.
For express route of PGC-Tanjung Priok, will go through toll road at 6-10 AM and 4-8 PM and vice versa from 6-9 AM.
For passenger from Cililitan-Semanggi, Kuningan and Grogol will have alternative options. So there will be modified route of Cililitan-Dukuh Atas through corridor 4 and 10 that will operate at 6-9 AM. It will avoid traffic jam due to Pancoran Flyover project. For express route of Kampung Rambutan-Kampung Melayu, will take via toll road, starting at 6-9 AM.
