Jakarta Deputy Governor, Sandiaga Uno assessed, the 2018 Jakarta Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) that has been announced on November 1 2017, is significant enough to support the living costs of the workers.

City UMP This Year Finally Set at Rp 3.6 BIn the matter, he explained, Jakarta Provincial Government has been a facilitator between workers and entrepreneurs.
"Our commitment is they (workers) must be prosperous," he stated.
As known, the city has set 2018 UMP at Rp 3,648,035 per month.
It is according to the input from the Wage Council, and the proposal of Manpower Ministry refers to Government Regulation No. 78/2015 on Wages.
