Four Taxpayers Detected in Kelapa Gading Timur

Four objects of Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) in Kelapa Gading Timur, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta were detected have not paid off the tax since 2006-this year.

The amount of arrears reached about Rp 1 billion

After holding joint ceremony at the office of Kelaga Gading Sub-district UPPRD, joint personnel directly went to the location of the tax object. And they immediately gave stickers measuring 1x1.5 meters to those four objects.

Six Taxpayers in Kembangan Installed With Signpost

Kelapa Gading Sub-district Head, Manson Sinaga hoped that it could give deterrent effect for taxpayers and immediately pay off their tax.

"The next step will be handed over to UPPRD," he told. 

In the meantime, Kelapa Gading Sub-district UPPRD Head, Walden Nadeak added, total tax arrears from such four objects reached Rp 1 billion.

"The amount of arrears reached about Rp 1 billion," he stated.

Those were given a deadline of 14 days to pay off. If it is ignored, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will be involved.

Before installing stickers, his side had sent a warning letter to its owners thrice. Unfortunately they ignored it.
