Transportation Dept. Proposes 2018 APBD By Rp 777 B

Jakarta Transportation Dept. has proposed budget in the amount of Rp 777 billion in the 2018 APBD.

This year, our budget is Rp 429 billion. This year it has increased 81 percent or Rp 777 billion

The proposal is still being discussed with Jakarta DPRD.

Council Targets to Ratify 2018 RAPBD on November 15

Jakarta Transportation Dept. Head, Andri Yansyah said, the proposed next year's budget is higher or 81 percent compared with last year.

"This year, our budget is Rp 429 billion. This year it has increased 81 percent or Rp 777 billion," he expressed, at City Council building, Wednesday (11/8).

He furthered, for the total activities to be run next year will reach 409 activities. The proposed activity has also accommodated the vision and mission of Jakarta Governor and Deputy Governor.

According to him, the budget proposed next year would increase considerably, as it will buy motorcycles and bodyguards for the upcoming Asian Games.

"We support from the side of the escort by buying motorcycles and cars," he told.

He added, for priority activities, the allocated budget reaches Rp 501 billion with 30 activities. In addition, his party also accommodates the results of the board members' resolutions and people aspirations.

"For the recess and aspirations of the people who budgeted is about Rp 175 billion or 19.46 percent of the total budget in Transportation Dept.," he stated.
