Every Sub-district Office Will Open Citizen Complaint Service

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan said, will open a citizen complaint service at every sub-district office every Saturday morning, from 8-11 AM.

In the service, people are welcome to raise the issue for further handling

"In the service, people are welcome to raise the issue for further handling," he stated, after he gave direction to the mayor, sub-district and urban village in Balairung, City Hall, Monday (11/13).

Complaint Service in Urban Village and Sub-district Asked to Be Optimized

He continued it aims to handle problems can be done quickly.

"The sub-district apparatus has enough tools to quickly complete it," he expressed.

He explained, various citizen issues reported on Saturday would be discussed at a sub-district meeting held every Monday.

"If there is no solution, it will be brought to the municipal level meeting. Even if they can't handle it, we will bring it to the city hall," he uttered.

He added the service will begin on November 18 and then continued with evaluation.

"The service is opened to facilitate people not to take leave to complain of various problems and look for solutions. Later we see, whether the presence of citizens is optimal for evaluation," he closed.
