This Saturday, Complaint Service will Be Opened in Jatinegara Sub-district

East Jakarta, Jatinegara Sub-district apparatus are ready to open complaint service on this Saturday (11/18) from 8-11 AM.

We will start to open on Saturday at Sub-district office lobby

Complaint service is open to follow up Jakarta Governor instruction.

"We will start to open on Saturday at Sub-district office lobby," said Nasrudin Abu Bakar, Jatinegara Sub-district Head, Thursday (11/16).

Every Sub-district Office Will Open Citizen Complaint Service

He explained, his side will also rotate employees on duty in eight urban villages thus all complaints could be collected.

"We will follow up residents complaints as long as it is in our capabilities. If we are not capable, we will follow it up to City level in coordination meeting," he added.

Also, he will socialize about complaint service through circular letter to urban village then to be forwarded to RT and RW administrators.
