Senen Sub-district Receives 100 Citizen Complaints

Senen Sub-district's complaint post, Central Jakarta, was crowded by citizens. Until 11 AM, around 100 complaints have been received.

W e will sort the complaints that can be handled or not

"We receive around 100 complaints," said Munjir Munaji, Senen Sub-district Head, Saturday (11/18).

He added those complaints will be verified and sorted based on unit that will follow up the complaints.

"We will sort the complaints that can be handled or not. After that we will process it on next Monday," he added.

Meanwhile, Central Jakarta Assistant in Governance, Budi Roso added, this post is the follow up from governor instruction. All complaints must be accomplished by responsible units.     

"Complaints will be sorted by its regional level and its problem. If it can be handled at sub-district level, then it will be handled soon. But if sub-district can't handle it, then it will be submitted  to city level," he closed.
