Matraman Sub-district Complaint Post Serves Citizen

Matraman Sub-district, East Jakarta, apparatus opened complaint post from 8 to 11 AM.

Only several people came here due to late letter circulation to urban village

Three citizens were seen to complain about various problems in that sub-district office.

"Only several people came here due to late letter circulation to urban village," said Salahudin, Matraman Sub-district Head, Saturday (11/18).

He mentioned, one of three people who came to the office complained about lack of greenery at Matraman Green Alley, RT 11/10.

Citizen wants East Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Tenacity (KPKP) Sub-dept. to provide seeds to the location.

He added, two other people asked for a consultation regarding land certificate ownership transfer and building permit (IMB).

"We give recommendation according to service and permit procedures for consultation. For green alley problem, we will follow it up to KPKP Sub-dept.," he informed.

He added, sub-districts head and apparatus presented in today's service. Next time, shift system will be implemented in each urban villages to optimize this service.
