Based on this problem, he and Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Dept. would find the solution, especially clinics in settlement area.

"Clinics in settlement area is a dilemma, because of zoning rules and permission. We must discuss it with PTSP to find innovation through its regulation," he mentioned.

Jakarta IDI Head, Slamet Budiarto admitted, permission renewal for clinics located in settlement was constrained with zoning regulation.

"Most clinics in settlement have been closed due to zoning requirements. Though it is supposed to be convenient because located near residents. Because health level could be increased if more doctor could opens clinic," he explained.
