Clinics in settlement area is a dilemma because of zoning rules and permission
Jakarta Vice Governor held meeting with Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI) administrators in Jakarta, at City Hall, Tuesday (12/5). One of discussed problems was related to clinic permission renewal.
"Most doctors are complaining because they need clinic but don't get permissions," he said.

Jakarta IDI Head, Slamet Budiarto admitted, permission renewal for clinics located in settlement was constrained with zoning regulation.
"Most clinics in settlement have been closed due to zoning requirements. Though it is supposed to be convenient because located near residents. Because health level could be increased if more doctor could opens clinic," he explained.
