PMPTSP Dept. Gets Achievement From Ombudsman

Ombudsman Republic of Indonesia has awarded Jakarta Provincial Government a High Compliance Predicate (Green Zone) towards City public service standards with score 85.43 points.

Thanks to God, Jakarta Government gets High Compliance Predicate Awards from Ombudsman RI

This score is taken from 1,790 service product samples that distribute permission and non-permission administrative service from highest level to urban village level.

Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Dept. Head, Edy Junaedi said the achievement is a result of all his department officials hardwork.

"Thanks to God, Jakarta Government gets High Compliance Predicate Awards from Ombudsman RI with Jakarta PMPTSP Dept.'s performance as an assessment object," he expressed, Friday (12/8).

According to him, compliance assessment is done to remind the officials to give the best service to residents through evidence based policy and public service methods.

This assessment is classified in three categories by using traffic light system; Low Predicate (Red Zone), Medium Predicate (Yellow Zone), High Predicate (Green Zone).

Recently, Jakarta Provincial Government compliance score is increased significantly year by year. From 2015, the city is in Yellow Zone with score 61.2 points. Then it becomes 74.64 points in 2016 and 85.43 points (Green Zone) in 2017.

He committed will maintain Jakarta in High Compliance Predicate level by continuously doing service innovations.

"We will innovate public service massively and continuously," he affirmed.
