Sandi Ensures Rice Price is Stable

Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno ensures rice price in Jakarta is stable ahead of Christmas and New Year.

So there is 40 tons in total per today. We ensure the price is still stable

According to him, rice stock in Jakarta until Wednesday (12/20) were 20 tons based on PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya. There were also additional stock 20 tons in the morning.

Separately, PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya Director, Arief Prasetyo Adi added, rice operation is also available in Cipinang Rice Central Market (PIBC) that use medium variety rice with Rp 7,800 per kilogram.

"Subsidized food program for KJP card holder, PPSU, PHL, and flat residents is also conducted continuously. They can buy staple food in affordable price in 75 traditional markets managed by PD. Pasar Jaya and in certain RPTRAs every day," he conveyed.
