As many as 5 houses located at RT 13/12, Kalibaru, Cilincing, are planned to be demolished in the near future. This is because they stand on construction of E2 Toll Road (Cilincing-Jampea) and hamper its construction process.
Until the beginning of this July, 10 plots of land as wide as 1,900 meters affected by such project. From that amount, 5 other land owners have already agreed to take land compensation in accordance with price set by the appraisal team at Rp 1.9 million per meter.

While five others refused the compensation and still survive. They are Jaenudin, Khobir, Darjono, Rohilla and Marullah. This is because they want the land compensation worth Rp 20 million per meter.
Responding on this matter, North Jakarta Mayor, Heru Budi Hartono disclosed that there will be no tolerance anymore. He stated, the warning letter will be sent to people who still survive after Acting Jakarta Governor signed the decree of Priok toll road accelerated construction.
"At the latest, I hope the decree could already signed next week. Afterwards, we will send warning letter," he stressed.
Such decisive act, he continued, is a natural thing and already set by law. According to Article 67, the rule of Head of national land agency (BPN) No. 3/2007, the demolishment can be conducted on the behalf of public facility project after all process is done.
