South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept. has opened public complaints service at the office, Jalan Radio V, Kramat Pela Kebayoran Baru.
Public complaints service is opened to facilitate people to report problems of population administration, such as ID card, family card (KK), birth certificate and others

The service is the same as the public complaints programs in the sub-districts that are open every Saturday from 8-11 AM.
