Bina Marga Dept. will Build New Bridge in Srengseng Sawah

Jakarta Bina Marga dept. ensures to replace suspension bridge in Srengseng Sawah, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta with new bridge.

We are still discussing the location. Maybe we will build it near suspension bridge

This new bridge is urgently needed because suspension bridge which connects between South Jakarta and Depok is considered dangerous.

Jakarta Bina Marga Dept. Head, Yusmada Faizal said, his side will build new bridge soon. But it still needs coordination with related sides since new bridge will not be built at the same location with previous bridge.

"We are still discussing the location. Maybe we will build it near suspension bridge," he conveyed when surveying on the location, Monday (1/22).

He stated, together with East Jakarta government, his side surveys the location. His side discovers two suspension bridges in Srengseng Sawah at RT 12 and 11.

"We come here to coordinate and survey the location. While considering the policies need to be taken," he affirmed.
