PD. Pasar Jaya will develop traditional market into One Stop Shopping to face competitive market competition in 2018.

PD. Pasar Jaya Director, Arief Nasrudin said, some markets with Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept in Jakarta could survive in the middle of competition.

"Pasar Jaya will integrate traditional market with flat, apartment or even hotel with TOD concept to lead it into One Stop Shopping," he conveyed, Tuesday (1/23).

PD Pasar Jaya Has Three Pillars to Face Market Competition

Through One Stop Shopping, he continued, traditional market is be able to compete in modern era. In 2018, his side plans to apply TOD concept in Senen Market, Dukuh Atas, and Fatmawati Stopping Point.

"It needs to be done thus Pasar Jaya can be optimized in leading markets to the better developments," he stated.
