46 C. Jakarta UKPDs Asked to Publish Program's Budget

Central Jakarta Helper Inspectorate (Irbanko) wants UKPDs to publish program 2018's budget through general plan information system (SiRUP) soon. There are 46 UKPDs from total 90 UKPDs which haven't complete it.

"There are some sub-departments, sub-districts, and urban villages that haven't publish the budget yet," mentioned Bernard Simatupang, Central Jakarta Irbanko Administration Section Head, Tuesday (2/20).

He explained, 90 UKPDs have budget around Rp 1.5 trillion. While budget from those 46 UKPDs is Rp 206 billion.

City Has Formed Budget Absorption Monitoring Team

According to him, there are some factors due to delay on publishing program budget, for example is weak internet system. Though, budget publication has been mentioned in President Regulation (Perpres) 54/2010 that it must be done until the end of January.

"Sanctions can be given such as warning or maybe reduction in TKD," he added.
