Tinia Budiati, Head of Jakarta Tourism and Culture Dept. explained it is done to anticipate the occurrence of fire accident.

Thus far, she said, there are 11 museums being audited. This number does not include a cultural heritage building that will also be audited by its security system.
"Sooner or later, we'll evaluate the results of the audit. Hopefully the system that must be replaced can be proposed in the APBD Amendment," she stated.
She assessed there are several parts of the museum's security system that should be replaced, for instance like a power cord that has not been replaced for years.
