150 Sate Taichan Vendors on Jalan Asia Afrika will Be Rearranged

150 vendors of spicy chicken skewer or locally known as sate taichan on Jalan Asia Afrika, Gelora Urban Village, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, will be rearranged. This arrangement is hoped to make this night culinary location becomes more comfortable.

Vendors are allowed to sell from 9PM to 4AM to prevent traffic jam

Tanah Abang Sub-district Head, Dedi Arief Darsono said, arrangement is also done to prevent many consumers' vehicles parked on the roadside. Because it can cause traffic jam on Jalan Asia Afrika and its surrounding.

"We will rearrange it thus it will be more tidy and orderly. Vendors are allowed to sell from 9 PM to 4 AM to prevent traffic jam," he informed, Tuesday (3/27).

Loksem And Lokbin in East Jakarta will Be Re-arranged

For this rearrangement, he continued, vendors are not allowed to use tables and chairs. They only can use mats for people who eat in the location. Besides, their carts are not allowed to be placed on the roadside.

"Motorcycles are only allowed to park in one lane. While for car parking lot is located at Plaza Barat Senayan," he said.
