First Quarter, PD Dharma's Fertilizer Sales Revenue Reached Rp 40 M

PD Dharma Jaya President Director, Marina Ratna Dwi Kusuma Jati disclosed, during the first quarter of 2018, the sales revenue of compost fertilizer owned by Dharma Jaya reached Rp 40,631,000. This compost fertilizer is from animal waste, animal feed waste, and cow dung from areas that are transported by truck to the Dharma Jaya.

"In details, in January, the sales revenue is reaching 16.4 tons sold at Rp 16,400,000, in February fell to 7.615 tons or equivalent to Rp 7,615,000, and in March increased to 16,617 at a price of Rp 16,616,000," he said, Monday (4/30).

She explained the up and down demand for compost fertilizer depends on the needs in the market. During this time, his party sells compost to the traders of ornamental plants and housing.

To increase the sales revenue, currently the Dharma Jaya is doing cooperation with Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) Dept. to supply fertilizer to the related dept. 

"For instance, every month, we conduct a tender of 60.5 tons or Rp 4.2 billion along with the KPKP Dept. Further, for ornamental plants and housing traders, tender is not conducted, as their needs are not so much," he stated.
