SKPD/UKPD heads must obey the rules
West Jakarta Mayor, Anas Effendi revealed that public leave set on July 30-1 August will not apply to all staffs of Regional Working Unit (SKPD/UKPD) under Jakarta Provincial Government. The statement is strengthened with Governor Circular Letter dated on November 8, 2013 on National Holiday and Public Leave 2014, mentioning Delay on Annual Leave for SKPD/UKPD Head before and after public leave and Eid ul Fitr 1435 Hijri.
"SKPD/UKPD heads must obey the rules," expressed Effendi, Thursday (6/17).
SKPD and UKPD Asked to Work FasterIn contrast to urban village and sub-district heads as well as its staff, they are still allowed to take public leave as long as it should not exceed 5 percent of the total number of the existing employees.
He added that West Jakarta civil servants must obey the rules. If there was found violation, they will be sanctioned in form of reprimand procedurally and administratively.
