Arrangement on Four Sidewalks in E. Jakarta Started

Arrangement on four sidewalks and concrete curb in East Jakarta is started. Arrangement is done not only to repair it, but it is also to beautify the area for Asian Games event.

We start this work this week and target to finish it in July

East Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-dept. Head, Juani Yusuf said, those four sidewalks and concrete curb are damaged with holes, cracks, and some spots are collapsed.

Waterways in Senayan Area will Be Widened

"We arrange four sidewalks and concrete curb. Since concrete curb is mostly damaged, it will be demolished and re-installed. We repair it for the convenience of pedestrians and residents," he conveyed, Monday (5/21).

Repaired sidewalks and concrete curb are located on Jalan Sumarno Pulogebang with 2,480 square meters wide; Jalan Raden Inten II, Duren Sawit, with 6,745 square meters wide; Jalan Haji Naman, Pondok Kelapa with 7,440 square meters wide.

Then also in Rawamangun area with 11,130 square meters wide, such as on Jalan Balap Sepeda, Jalan Balai Pustaka, Jalan Sunan Giri and others.

"We start this work this week and target to finish it in July. Thus it will be presentable when Asian Games event takes place," he stated.
