Istiqlal Mosque Management Asks Satpol PP to Control PMKS

Istiqlal Mosque management is starting to restless with the presence of people with social welfare issues in the biggest mosque in Indonesia. Therefore, they ask Jakarta Satpol PP to give assistance in controlling those seasonal PMKS.

We received a request letter from Istiqlal Mosque management to control the PMKS. Since the host has requested, we will help

Head of Jakarta Satpol PP, Kukuh Hadi Santosa, admitted has received Istiqlal Mosque management’s request to control the street vendors roaming there.

“We received a request letter from Istiqlal Mosque management to control the PMKS. Since the host has requested, we will help,” he stated, Saturday (7/19).

However, Santosa refused to disclose the operation time to prevent leakage. Thus, the amount of PMKS netted could be optimal.

“The time is secret,” he asserted.

Later, the netted PMKS will be put in 27 social institutions belong to Jakarta Social Department. Among those institutions are Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 1, Bina Laras, Bina Insan, Bina Insan Bangun Daya 2, Tunas Bangsa, Cipayung, and Kedoya.
