Archipelago Music Festival at City Hall Pendopo Tonight, Be There!

Jakarta Provincial Government is about to hold archipelago music festival in a series of the 491st city's anniversary.

This is a series of activities designed to be held periodically and started tonight at the City Hall pendopo at 7 PM and is open to the public

It will be staged at City Hall lobby (pendopo), Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Saturday (6/30) tonight.

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan stated that it is aimed to appreciate traditional music in Indonesia. It takes theme 'Panggung Musik Nusantara Road to Indonesia Music Expo 2019'.

"To give appreciation archipelago music, the city makes a musical forum along with Indonesian Music Expo (imex) that will hold archipelago music in one stage," he told, Saturday (6/30).

In future, it will be held periodically. Thus it is hoped able to preserve culture especially in music field.

"This is a series of activities designed to be held periodically and started tonight at the City Hall pendopo at 7 PM and is open to the public," he stated.

There will be three musicians who will enliven the festival, namely Rafli Kande, Sambasunda, and Dira Suhandi feat. Sri Hanuraga.
