Jakarta Provincial Government will use the holiday of Eid ul Fitr 1435 Hijri to demolish illegal buildings and stalls, especially those in the riverbank. Hence, City Secretary, Saefullah ordered five mayors in five regions to lead the demolishment.

Mr. Basuki wanted all buildings along the riverbank to be dismantled. I've coordinated with five mayors to immediately demolish the buildings after takbiran

Such policy is a follow up of Jakarta Vice Governor Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama who want the riverbank to be free from illegal buildings.

"Mr. Basuki wanted all buildings along the riverbank to be dismantled. I've coordinated with five mayors to immediately demolish the buildings after takbiran," said Saefullah, Sunday (7/27).
