Jakarta BUMDs Sign MoU to Create a Synergy

17 Jakarta BUMDs sign MoU to build cooperation and synergy with each other.

We don't want each BUMD to walk separately, but it needs to cooperate and help each other

MoU is directly signed by 17 BUMDs president directors such as from PT. MRT Jakarta, PD. PAL Jaya, PD. Sarana Jaya, PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro), PDAM Jaya, and PD. Dharma Jaya. 

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan assessed, this MoU signing is important, both for business and support towards development in Jakarta that can be collaborated between BUMD.

City Encouraged to Build Boarding School in BUMD Lands

"This morning all BUMD directors are gathered and asked to sign MoU to create a synergy between BUMDs," he said after witnessing MoU signing  at City Hall, Thursday (8/9).

According to him, cooperation should be realized thus BUMDs can support each other by sharing their experiences and knowledge. He expects all BUMDs can collaborate to run Medium-Term Regional Development Planning (RPJMD) according to Jakarta Government's mission and vision.

"We don't want each BUMD to walk separately, but it needs to cooperate and help each other. It can make it more efficient and effective," he stated.
