DKI Young Athletes will Participate in The Asia Junior Sports Exchange Games

Follow instructions from your coach, win some awards in Tokyo and make them impressed with Indonesian players

Young athletes from Jakarta will have a match in The Asia Junior Sports Exchange Games 2018 that takes a place in Tokyo, Japan. They will take part in badminton and table tennis competitions.

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan reminds them to optimize this chance to make Jakarta and Indonesia proud.

Dispora Welcomes Jakarta U-14 Team

"Follow instructions from your coach, win some awards in Tokyo and make them impressed with Indonesian players," he conveyed at City Hall, Monday (8/20).

He also expresses his gratitude and appreciation towards their parents and coaches. Because they contribute in developing children's potentials and talents in sport.

"Thanks to your dedication in educating them well," he mentioned.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Youth and Sport Dept. Head, Ratiyono added, each competitions for badminton and table tennis will be participated by 6 male and female athletes then also 4 athletes with disabilities.

"Total 16 athletes that consist of 6 athletes in U-17 category and 10 athletes in U-15 category. Match will be started on August 21-27, 2018," he informed.
