City Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Security Dept. is opening a training to process salak (sweet potato dumpling dessert) and melinjo fruit. It is given to 20 OK OCE participants in Cagar Buah Condet area, East Jakarta.

"But because this fruit is easily rotten and broken, we took the initiative to open processing training," he stated.
From the processing results, salak can processed into dodol (sticky candy), fruit juice, syrup, sweets and crackers. While melinjo can be processed into cookies, skin jams and tea.
"This training is also opened as a preparation for the Condet Fruit Reserve plan that will be used as a tourist destination," he said.
