1,600 citizens have got new industrial entrepreneurs training from South Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-dept. They will be trained for commodity craft, fashion, electronic, and culinary.

"This year we give industrial entrepreneurs training for 1,600 citizens of South Jakarta," expressed Zulkarnain Nasution, Section Head of Industry and Energy, Monday (9/17).
In each sub-district, training is given to 160 people. Until now, the sub-dept. has held training in seven out of ten sub-districts.
960 N. Jakarta Residents Trained to Have New Industrial Entrepreneurial Skills"Those six sub-districts are Setiabudi, Pancoran, Tebet, Pasar Minggu, Kebayoran Lama, Jagakarsa, and Cilandak. And we will soon hold the same training towards Kebayoran Baru, Mampang, and Pesanggrahan,” he explained.
Training itself is held for four days whereby the first day is filled by theory and practice in the next three days. Afterwards, the participants will get a certificate from the Industry and Energy Sub-dept. to facilitate them in obtaining legality and collateral from banks.
"Our hope is it is able to grow new industrial entrepreneurs and get legality and facilitate licensing," he hoped.
