Illegal Parking and PMKS Raid in Cakung Keeps Being Intensified

116 joint personnel held a raid in Cakung area, East Jakarta in a bid to refunction public facilities to make the environment beautiful.

Cakung Sub-district Head, Alamsyah stated that it is a routine agenda by targeting illegal parking and PKL around Jalan Bekasi and Jakan KRT Radjiman.

"We do this, as there are still people using the sidewalk carelessly," he stated, Monday (10/8).

PMKS in Jakarta Continues to Decline

In the raid, the officer managed to secured eight illegal parking attendants, one vagrant, three PKL on the sidewalk, Jalan Radjiman. It involves officers of Sub-district and City Satpol PP, Garnisun, police, Social Sub-dept., and urban village/sub-district apparatus.

Aside that, they also controlled the motorcycles that parked on the sidewalk, one cart, one tent, one plastic chair, and some stalls belongs to PKL.

"Nine PMKS are netted and then brought to Social house in Cipayung to be coached," he stated.
