Central Jakarta Spatial Planning and Environment Division Head, Bernard Tambunan added that the incessant construction of the waste bank is also related to the arrangement of the area thus the environment remains clean and healthy.
"Thus far Central Jakarta already has 153 waste banks in each urban village," he stated.
