90 Garbage Trucks in E. Jakarta Included in Asset Removal List

90 garbage truck assets in East Jakarta are proposed to be deleted. Currently, East Jakarta Environment Sub-dept. holds auction to delete assets that have been procured before 2010.

All procurement before 2010 and in not roadworthy condition will be deleted

East Jakarta Environment Sub-dept.'s Cleanliness and B3 Waste Processing Section Head, Wahyudi Rudianto mentioned, those garbage trucks are proposed to be deleted since those are already not roadworthy. Currently his side only operates 380 trucks from procurement from 2014 and above it to transport garbage.

City Asset Recording Reaches 99.5 Percent

"Now, 90 trucks are waiting for deletion asset auction process. All procurement before 2010 and in not roadworthy condition will be deleted," he added, Tuesday (10/16).

Meanwhile, 380 trucks which are still operated are 149 big type units, 115 small type units, 20 big compactor units, 38 big arm roll units, 34 small arm roll units, nine heavy truck units, 12 big road sweeper units, and three small road sweeper units.

"These 380 trucks are operated in Sub-dept. office and 10 sub-districts," he informed.
