Jakarta Financial Management Agency (BPAD) has applied asset information system (SIA) and e-rekon system in an effort to strengthen security and asset recording. As for the information, these systems have been applied since 2016.

Via such systems, Jakarta BPAD Head, Achmad Fidaus hoped Jakarta Provincial Government's database report could be more updated and be directly known by locals.

BPAD will Issue Asset Book By End of This DecemberCurrently, through SKPD, the city intensively does asset recording consisting of land, building, equipment, machine, road project, irrigation, etc, in accordance with classification.
"From assets that must be recorded, we focus on building and land. That means it could finish 80 percent of asset issues in Jakarta," he stated.
