Docking Pool Construction Progress in Kelapa Island Reaches 80 Percent

Docking groove construction on the northern side of Kelapa Island Pier, North Seribu Islands, has reached 80 percent.

With this progress, we are optimistic to complete docking pool construction on the mid of December

Seribu Islands Transportation Sub-dept. Head, Robert Edward stated, docking groove construction consists of sheet pile installation, casting on pier and dike.

"With this progress, we are optimistic to complete docking pool construction on the mid of December," he conveyed, Wednesday (11/28).

He mentioned, Kelapa Island Docking Pool is constructed to realize resident's proposal on Musrenbang 2017 with total budget Rp 8.6 billion from APBD.

His side has prepared one stake tool and one excavator to ensure the construction can be completed on time. Besides, all building materials have been transported to the island.

"Currently, we just need to tidy it up, cast, and install con block," he added.
